The SpotLocks™ system is optimized separately for each of the V1Gen1 and V1Gen2 platforms.
SpotLocks™ take advantage of the advanced muting ability of the V1Gen2, so all SpotLocks™ are quiet from the onset, with no annoying initial 'blip' of audio. 

Backup and Restore your SpotLocks using your iCloud drive.

Create Points of Interest (POI), so you can be alerted to unique locations you deem important in the areas you travel.  Choose from several built in POI or create custom POIs with your own display title, custom voice phrase, distance to alert parameters and speed to alert parameters.

V1 Gen2 owners can control the V1's main and mute volume from within the app.

App displays the Priority Alert's band, signal strength, frequency, and direction.

App displays 'Proximity' meter, V1 Strength meter, High resolution front and rear meters, and K/X Noise meter.

App displays the Secondary Alerts' bands, signal strengths, frequencies, bogey counts and directions.

App displays the total Bogey count.

System expanded to include 'weak' K & X signals.  Tired of hearing those pesky alerts while driving through store parking lots, while stuck in traffic, etc.? Set a desired speed threshold, and all alerts will be muted under that speed while the V1 display slowly flashes alerting you to the presence of "Passively Muted™" signals?  Turn on the additional 'weak' signal suppression, and enjoy a quiet ride until a possible threat presents itself.

Set the time until mute for each band independent of each other.

Toggle band muting on/off for each band individually.

Mute Rear K and X Band independent of eath other. 

Automatically connects to V1 Gen 2, and the V1 Gen 1 with V1Connection LE adapter.  Connection process works seamlessly, even with the app in the background. No need to manually connect each time.  When Valentine releases a new firmware, be the first to know.  V1 Companion will let you know when a new firmware is available.  

"Dark Mode" support for use with V1 concealed display and/or iPhone as main display.
"Dark Mode" override option for alerts. When enabled, alerts will show on the V1 display. 

A new 'Alert History' page provides detailed event information for each alert.  Trip summary statistics include trip duration, distance, alerts received, filtering events, 'Junk Ka' events, vehicle battery condition and V1 & Bluetooth hardware reset occurrences. 

Ability to play the detector tones through the app.

Ability to turn on/off voice announcements per band.
Ability for the user to set custom phrases for 33.8, 34.7, 35.5, Laser, K Band and X Band announcements (i.e. set 34.7 to say 'Ka Stalker' etc.).
Ability to customize the complete alert announcement. Announce just the band, frequency, direction, strength, or multiple signal warnings, or any combination of the aforementioned.

Ka band is usually a real threat, and should be treated as such.  After a Ka signal is muted (user selectable),  the V1 display will rapidly flash to keep you aware of the situation.

Override V1's "Signal Priority" to display by band priority (Ka->K->X) on the app's main threat display.  

Easily see when real threats are present regards of signal strength of other sources.
